LUCKY DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. ORGANIZER

This Lucky Draw (“Promotion”) is organized by Garena (“Organizer”).

 

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion runs from 22 April 2025 to 25 May 2025, 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion Period”). Entries after the Promotion Period will not be considered.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Users will be considered eligible for the Lucky Draw if they meet the following criteria:

 

• The region of the in-game account must be from Singapore, Malaysia, or the Philippines of the Garena Delta Force server

• Participants must be Level 10 or above in either Warfare Mode or Operations Mode by the stipulated draw times

• Winners who have been drawn will not be eligible for the next round

• Participants must not be under investigation or subject to disciplinary action for any breach of the Game’s Code of Conduct (https://deltaforce.garena.com/en/news/announcement/F27QZN)

 

 

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

 

All eligible users during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into Weekly Draws and Grand Draw. No purchase is necessary to participate.

 

5. WEEKLY PRIZES (PER DRAW):

• 20 x USD $25 Shopee Voucher

6. DRAW DATES: WINNERS FOR THE WEEKLY PRIZE WILL BE DRAWN EVERY WEEK FROM THE POOL OF ELIGIBLE USERS AS OF THE SUNDAY 23:59 (GMT+8) ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

7. ANNOUNCEMENT DATES: WEEKLY WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE FOLLOWING TUESDAYS ON OUR OFFICIAL FACEBOOK PAGE AND WEBSITE ANNOUNCEMENT (GMT +8 TIMEZONE)

1. Announcement for winners of week 1: 29 Apr 2025 (12:00)
2. Announcement for winners of week 2: 6 May 2025 (12:00)
3. Announcement for winners of week 3: 13 May 2025 (12:00)
4. Announcement for winners of week 4: 20 May 2025 (12:00)

8. GRAND DRAW

At the end of the Promotion Period, all eligible users will also enter a Grand Draw.

10. PRIZE COLLECTION

• Winners will be notified via their registered in-game inbox
• The validity period of the voucher will also be stated in the in-game mail that you receive.
• Prizes will be delivered digitally via registered in-game inbox by 30 June 2025, 23:59 (GMT+8)
• The validity period of the in-game mail is 30 days from the date of sending, so please pay attention to the time and claim the rewards promptly.

 

11. GENERAL TERMS

• The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the terms

• By participating, users agree that their in-game username and profile may be used for winner announcements and promotional purposes
