G.T.I Security is dedicated to creating a fair and just gaming environment. To ensure everyone enjoys a healthy and enjoyable gameplay experience for all, we are implementing this Security Code of Conduct that clearly outlines prohibited behaviors and their associated penalties.
Anti-Cheat Statement:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating in any form. In addition to banning accounts, we'll regularly publish ban lists. Our dedicated team will continuously enhance the game's security systems, and we encourage everyone to report any in-game violations. A fair gaming environment relies on everyone's cooperation. Please follow the rules as you enjoy the game!
Prohibited Violations:
Penalties will be enforced for, but are not limited to, the following violations:
- Cheating: This includes using cheats or unauthorized plugins, promoting or selling cheats in-game, exploiting game bugs for personal gain, illegally modifying client files, using unofficial game clients, bypassing security measures, or employing software/hardware that disrupts the game balance.
- Disrupting the game environment: This encompasses negative gameplay behaviors, intentionally harming teammates, teaming up with cheaters, manipulating matchmaking or trading for unfair advantages, engaging in black market activities, malicious farming using multiple accounts, and exploiting bugs that harm the game experience.
Penalties and Restrictions:
Penalties include but are not limited to account bans, device bans, mutes, removal and bans from leaderboards, and resource confiscation. Restrictions include but are not limited to chat restrictions, restricted access to certain modes, trading restrictions, and login verification requirements.
Penalty Severity Guidelines:
- Account bans: 1 hour, 3 hours, 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 1 year, 10 years, plus device bans.
- Mutes: 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or 10 years.
- Restrictions: 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or 10 years.
- Resource confiscation and recovery: Resources obtained through illegal actions will be confiscated based on type and amount. Any shortfall will be subject to further recovery measures. ("illegal actions" include but are not limited to fraud, theft, exploiting game bugs, and real-money trading.)
Common Violations and Penalties:
- Cheating via Unauthorized Software Using unauthorized software including but not limited to cheats, mods, emulator scripts, unauthorized plugins, cracked versions, or exploiting bugs, is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in up to a 10-year account ban and leaderboard ban. Collaborating with cheaters can also lead to warnings, confiscation of gains, or account bans.
- Black Market Activities The use of alt accounts or illegal accounts for malicious purposes—such as renting out accounts, farming mission rewards, hoarding and selling items, or disrupting the in-game economy—is forbidden. Violations may lead to resource confiscation and up to a 10-year account ban and leaderboard ban, depending on severity.
- Inappropriate speech Engaging in inappropriate in-game speech, including but not limited to false information, illegal advertising, abusive language, racial discrimination, terrorism, or content promoting violence, gambling, or pornography, is not allowed. Penalties include mutes or account bans of up to 10 years, depending on severity.
- Inappropriate Personal Information Personal in-game information (nicknames, avatars, images, social info) must not contain hate speech, racial discrimination, pornography, violence, advertising, or similar content. Violations may lead to mandatory changes along with mutes or account bans of up to 10 years, depending on severity.
- Using Emulators Players should use our official Windows client to access the game. Using mobile emulators for unfair advantages is prohibited. Violators will face escalating account bans based on the number of confirmed violations.
- Negative Gameplay Behaviors Negative gameplay behaviors, including but not limited to, teaming with cheaters, being AFK, intentionally harming teammates, unauthorized teaming, or engaging in unfair competition, are not tolerated. Violations may result in mode restrictions or escalating account bans, depending on severity.
- Disruptive Software or Hardware The use of any software or hardware that disrupts game balance is strictly prohibited. Violators will face feature restrictions and escalating account bans based on the number of confirmed violations.

A: It means the penalized account won't appear on leaderboard rankings during the penalty period.
Q: What should I do if I encounter violations in the game?
A: Use the in-game report feature to notify us. We'll verify and address the issue as quickly as possible.
Q: How will I know the result after reporting a cheater?
A: You will receive a notification via in-game mail once your report has been processed.
Q: I lent my account to a friend who cheated and got banned. Can it be unbanned?
A: No. Penalties are applied to the account, not the individual. The account's cheating behavior has impacted other players, so we cannot lift the ban. To protect yourself, please refrain from sharing your account and pay attention to how your friends behave in-game.
Q: I topped up a lot on my account and only cheated once. Can it be unbanned?
A: No, cheating is strictly against our rules. Penalties apply regardless of how much you've topped up.
