Announcement | Solutions to Instability issues with Intel Processors
01/10/2025

Dear Operators,

We would like to convey some important information regarding potential game crashes caused by Intel 13th and 14th generation processors through this announcement.

Recently, we have received some feedback indicating that players using Intel 13th and 14th generation processors have encountered crashes during gameplay. After our investigation and confirmation by Intel, this issue does exist and is caused by certain specific problems with the processors. Fortunately, Intel has fixed this issue. In July 2024, Intel released relevant microcode patches that can solve this problem. However, this patch needs to be applied to your system through a BIOS update.

Frequent crashes during shader compilation, random in-game crashes, or exits due to insufficient video memory may be caused by the instability of Intel 13th and 14th generation processors. In addition to contacting the hardware manufacturer's after-sales support, players can also try the following methods to solve the issue:

1. Refer to the instructions of your motherboard manufacturer to update the BIOS, and set the processor core frequency to "Intel Default Settings".

2. Try installing Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) and use this tool to lower the "Performance Core Ratio".

● After installation, restart the computer, open the tool, and try to moderately lower the "Performance Core Ratio".

If the game instability issue still persists after trying the above methods, please further contact our game customer service for support.
