I. ELIGIBILITY RULES FOR STEAM ACCOUNT TRANSFERS
TO INITIATE A TRANSFER TO THE GARENA VERSION, THE USER'S DELTA FORCE STEAM ACCOUNT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The IP region used during character registration in the Steam version must fall within the service region of the Garena version.
2. The character registration date in the Steam version must be before the event launch date.
3. The Warfare level or Operations level of the registered character must be at least level 10.
4. The Steam account must not be banned or suspended.
5. A Steam account can only request a transfer to a single Garena account.
Additionally, the receiving Garena account must not have any existing registered character information. A single Garena account cannot simultaneously receive transfers from two different Steam accounts' levels and assets.
II. TRANSFER PROCESS
TO INITIATE A TRANSFER, TWO CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
1. Limited Transfer Quotas: To ensure service quality, the first batch will open 6,000 transfer slots. Once this limit is met, players who wish to transfer will need to register for transfer two weeks later. The transfer slot limit will be removed after the first batch of transfers is completed.
2. Version Update Restriction: Due to technical adjustments during version updates, transfers cannot be initiated within 7 days before or after a version update.
THE TRANSFER PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. From the day the transfer request is successfully submitted, a cooling-off period lasts until the following Thursday at 00:00 UTC. During this period, users can cancel their transfer requests. However, after the period, users cannot retrieve from the transfer program anymore.
2. After the cooling-off period, the Steam account will be locked, and data transfer will begin. The transferred data is based on the last logout time of the Steam account before the cooling-off period ends. Most transfer items will be sent via in-game mail to the Garena account. Mailbox Limit Warning: If the number of transferred items exceeds 180, most items will be delivered via in-game mail. Any remaining items can be retrieved by contacting customer support after the first login to the Garena version.
3. The transfer processing period starts from the end of the cooling-off period until the following Wednesday at 00:00 UTC. If technical issues delay processing, a public announcement will be made. Users may check the transfer process on the transfer website.
4. Before the account transfer process is completed, users should not use the Garena version of the account, as this may lead to the loss of transferred assets. We will not be responsible for handling similar situations.

III. TRANSFER RULES
THE FOLLOWING PROGRESS AND ASSETS FROM THE STEAM VERSION OF DELTA FORCE WILL BE FULLY TRANSFERRED TO THE GARENA VERSION:
1. Warfare Level
2. Operations Level
3. Current Season Ranked Tier (Warfare Mode)
4. Current Season Ranked Tier (Operations Mode)
5. Currencies: Delta Coins, Delta Tickets, Mandelcoins
6. Items: Quantum Keys, Mandel Bricks
7. Purchased Commercial Items: All skins obtained from Bundles, Operator Research, Exclusive Offers, and Battle Pass
8. Operations Zone Safe Box Access Cards (1-day and 3-day) will be transferred. If the seasonal Ultimate Safe Box was unlocked in the Steam version, the equivalent will be granted in the Garena version.
9. Battle Pass Progress: Current unlock tier, level and types
THE FOLLOWING PROGRESS AND ASSETS OF USERS IN THE STEAM VERSION OF DELTA FORCE WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO GARENA DELTA FORCE WITH A CERTAIN DEGREE OF ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS:
1. Operations Mode Assets: The value of the user's Stash will be calculated in the Steam Version based on the dynamic market value on the last day of the cooling-off period. The stash value will be transferred as one lump sum of Tekniq Alloy and added on to existing balance in the Garena account.
2. Deluxe Legendary Exclusive Skins & Weapon Skins will retain their original Rarity and Condition. Charms will retain original Chroma, Pattern Templates, Attachments and Hidden Property. However, Item serial numbers will be reallocated based on Garena's current numbering system
3. Non-Legendary Exclusive Skins & Weapon Skins will be transferred with the highest grade of the same style. Charms will be transferred according to the highest grade CHroma and Pattern Template of the same style.
ASSETS THAT WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED DUE TO TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
1. All cosmetic Rewards earned from in-game events, community events, and promotional activities

3. Vehicle Level Progression (Warfare Mode)
4. Armory Progress (Warfare Mode)
5. Black Site Level (Operations Mode)
6. Department Mission progress (Operations Mode)
7. Seasonal Mission Progress (Operations Mode)
8. Operator Profile Progress
9. Friends List
10. Operations Mode and Battlefield Mode Match Records
11. Black Hawk Down Mission Progress
COMPENSATION FOR NON-TRANSFERRED PROGRESS & ASSETS - DUE TO TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS, ANY LOST PROGRESS OR ASSETS WILL BE COMPENSATED WITH IN-GAME ITEMS.
