Dear Operators,

To participate in the Garena Delta Force 2nd Anniversary Phone Giveaway Event (hereafter the "Event"), participants will be required to agree to the following Event's Terms and Conditions:

1. PROMOTIONAL NATURE

This Event is free to enter and is for promotional purposes of the Garena Delta Force game (hereinafter referred to as the Game). Participation in the Event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. DETAILS OF THE EVENT

a. The Event period is 26 September 2026 0000H (GMT+8) to 26 September 2026 2359H (GMT+8). Only eligible Operations matches completed during this period will be considered for the Event.

b. Users who log in during the Event period and complete at least one Operations match will be eligible to participate in the Event.

c. The five (5) eligible players with the highest extracted value from a single completed Operations match during the Event period will each receive an Infinix Note 50 Pro+*.

d. Each player's highest extracted value from a single completed Operations match during the Event period will be used for ranking purposes. Multiple matches may be played during the Event period, but only the player's single highest extracted value will be counted.

e. For the purpose of this Event, "extracted value" refers to the total value successfully extracted by the player from a completed Operations match, as recorded by the Game's official system.

f. Leaving, disconnecting or abandoning matches in any form will not be considered for the purpose of the Event.

g. In the event of a tie in extracted value, the player whose qualifying extracted value was recorded earlier by the Game's official system will rank higher.

h. Users that do not comply with the Game's Terms of Service, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using cheats, exploits, unauthorised third-party software or other unfair means, will be disqualified.

i. Winners will be announced at such date(s) as the Organiser may determine and/or notify on its official website.

j. The Organiser's decision on all matters in relation to the Event is final and binding on all teams and/or participants. The Organiser shall not be required to provide any reason or explanation for its decision. Any reason or explanation provided by the Organiser is for information only, shall not be binding on the Organiser and does not constitute any representation, warranty or undertaking as to future action or otherwise.

*Infinix Note 50 Pro+, subject to availability and/or any changes/substitutions by the Organiser.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF AWARDS

a. Winners will be contacted exclusively via in-game mail and may be directed to Customer Support for coordination. Participants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information provided. The Organiser shall not be responsible in the event that the contact information provided is inaccurate, invalid or unreachable. If the winner fails to respond within ten (10) days from being contacted by the Organiser (counted from the earliest notification sent), the prize shall be treated as unclaimed and shall be deemed forfeited by the winner.

b. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for other items, and the right to receive the prize cannot be transferred to another person.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

a. Participants must meet the following requirements:

    i. Be above the age of 18. Participants below this age will require parental consent to participate and/or win prizes;

    ii. Be located in Malaysia, and their Game account must also be based in Malaysia;

    iii. Accept the Event's Terms and Conditions; and

    iv. Not violate or be in violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Game.

b. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Event:

    i. Employees of the Organiser, including any affiliated and/or related companies, and said employees' immediate family members; and/or

    ii. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser, including any affiliated and/or related companies, and their immediate family members.

c. Winners will only be selected from Malaysia, and limited by the number of available prizes at the Organiser's sole discretion.

d. If your participation violates any of the above terms, the Organiser has the right to disqualify you from participating in the Event and winning prizes, take back prizes or other granted rights, publish relevant information on the Event website and other media, and hold you liable for any damage or losses caused to the Organiser, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION

a. We may collect and use your user ID and other personal identifying information provided by you. We may also contact you through in-game messages and ask you to provide your personal email or social media account to coordinate the delivery of prizes to you.

b. We will only collect and process your personal information for the above purposes and within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and you consent to our use of information you provide according to applicable laws. Please see the Privacy Policy for detailed rules on how we process your personal information.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

a. These Event Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute, controversy, claim or difference of any kind whatsoever arising out of or relating to the Organiser under these Event Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by Singapore law. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

b. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to device malfunctions, internet connectivity problems, software errors, or other disruptions beyond its control, which may affect participation, data submission, or prize notification. The Event will proceed as scheduled without compensation for such issues.

c. All rules, procedures and these Event Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the Organiser's discretion. The Organiser reserves the right to supplement, modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Event or prize distribution in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, including government directives or public health concerns.

d. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram, which are used to notify users about details of this Event. You understand that Facebook and Instagram are not liable in relation to this promotion.
