Q1: WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A GARENA ACCOUNT AND A STEAM ACCOUNT?
A1: The Garena version will be the only version that supports cross-platform progress sharing on mobile and PC in Garena publishing regions. Players can synchronize their mobile and PC accounts in the Garena version. Additionally, there will be more exclusive Garena events and rewards for players to enjoy!

Q3: ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHICH ACCOUNTS CAN BE TRANSFERRED?
A3:
- A Steam account can only be linked to one Garena account, and vice versa. An account cannot be linked multiple times.
- The Garena account being linked must not have any existing character data in Garena® Delta Force.
- The Steam account must have been created before March 31, 2025, and at the time of application, the Warfare Level or Operations Level must be above Level 10.
- Banned Steam accounts cannot be transferred.
Q4: CAN I PLAY ON THE GARENA VERSION IMMEDIATELY AFTER APPLYING FOR A TRANSFER?
A4: After applying, you will go through two stages: the Cooling-off Period and the Transfer Period.
- Cooling-off Period (From the application date until the nearest Thursday at 12:00 AM UTC+0): You can cancel your transfer request during this time.
- Transfer Period (From the end of the Cooling-off Period until the next Wednesday at 12:00 AM UTC+0): We will process your transfer request and migrate your data. The data transfer will be based on the account information after the account cooling-off period ends. During this time, your Steam account and your new Garena account will be temporarily unavailable.
Note: Do not log in to your Garena account before the transfer is complete to avoid data loss. You can check the transfer status anytime on the transfer webpage after it goes live.
Q5: CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AND GO BACK TO STEAM AFTER THE TRANSFER?
A5: You can cancel your request during the Cooling-off Period, but once the Transfer Period ends, your Steam account will be permanently banned. After this, you will no longer be able to play Delta Force using Steam, nor will you be able to transfer back to Steam.
Q6: WILL ALL MY IN-GAME DATA AND ASSETS REMAIN UNCHANGED AFTER THE TRANSFER?
A6: Most of your progress and assets will transfer successfully. However, due to technical limitations, some progress and assets will be adjusted and transferred in an equivalent way. For items that cannot be transferred, we will compensate players with in-game items, including Premium Weapon EXP Tokens and Operators.
