Here are the Terms & Conditions for the Vouchers of the different regions, please do take note of them:

 

 

Malaysia:

1. The voucher is valid until 28 November 2025, 23:59 (GMT +8)

2. The voucher is valid for one time use only, regardless of the number of accounts owned by the user. 

3. The voucher is valid for new & existing users. 

4. The voucher is valid for Mall & Preferred Sellers only.

5. The voucher can only be used in one transaction. Any unused balance will not be refunded. 

6. The voucher is no longer valid upon expiring. Strictly no extensions allowed. 

7. The voucher is not refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined in exchange for vouchers with higher value. 

8. The voucher is not stackable with other promotions except Shop Voucher. 

9. The voucher is not applicable on:

 - Infant Milk (0-6 months)

 - Follow-on Milk (6-12 Months)

 - Jewellery

 - Tickets & Vouchers

 - Mobile Reloads & Sim Cards Top-ups

 - Gaming Top-ups

 - S-Mart Milo

 - One or Not by Shopee Store products

 - MMA Foundation Store products

 - PETRONAS & Setel Fuel Cards

 - Gift Cards & E-Voucher

10. Promo code must be entered at the voucher wallet page or the checkout page of Shopee Mobile App only.

11. Shopee reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time. If you encounter any issues, please contact Shopee Customer Service at help@support.shopee.com.my.

 

 

Philippines:

1. Valid until November 28, 2025 (23:59) (GMT +8).

2. One-time use only.

3. Valid sitewide except on Digital Goods & Voucher and restricted items.

 

 

Singapore:

1. Valid until 28 November 2025 (23:59), GMT+8,  

2. Promotion is open to all new and existing Shopee customers

3. Each unique voucher code is applicable for single use and cannot be combined with other codes and promotions

4. Not valid for products in "Miscellaneous", “Stage 1 & 2 Milk Formulas”, and "Dining, Travel & Services" categories and excluding Seller Store Pick Up and selected sellers (e.g. sgpaidads/sgsellersolutions)

5. Shopee reserves the right to changes these T&Cs without prior notice

6. Shopee reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice

7. Voucher does not apply/cover shipping fees

8. Vouchers are valid only on the Shopee mobile application.

9. Strictly no extension of the Redemption Period is allowed.

 

10. Any Vouchers that have not been redeemed by the end of the Redemption Period shall be forfeited automatically and will not be refunded.
